This Shipping Policy explains how our products are delivered. All of our products are digital, so no physical items are shipped.

2. Nature of our products

We sell digital products only — downloadable recipe playbooks, cookbooks, and meal-planning guides, supplied as PDF files. There are no physical shipments and no shipping carriers involved.

3. Delivery of digital products

After your payment is confirmed, your product is delivered digitally, through one or more of the following:

A download available on the order confirmation page
A download link sent to the email address you provided

Delivery is usually immediate. If it is delayed for technical reasons, you will normally receive access within 24 hours.

4. Access and customer responsibility

To receive and use your product, you are responsible for:

Providing a correct, working email address
Having a stable internet connection
Using a compatible device to open and read the file

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address, device problems, or other issues outside our control.

5. Opening your file

Our playbooks are supplied as standard PDF files. They open on any phone, tablet, computer, or e-reader, and can be printed at home. No app, account, or subscription is required.

6. Costs

Because our products are digital, there are no shipping or delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the final price for the product.

7. Delivery problems

If you have not received your product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at contact@valkarllc.com, including your full name, the email used for the purchase, and your order number. We will provide access again at no extra cost.

8. Taxes

Depending on your location and applicable regulations, prices may or may not include taxes. You are responsible for any tax obligations that apply to you in your own country.

9. Right of withdrawal

As our digital products are delivered immediately, the right of withdrawal is lost once access or download has begun, as set out in our Refund Policy.
